  • Individual Coaching Sessions — bi-weekly one-on-one sessions for each team member, focused on personal development goals that directly support the team’s collective objectives
  • Full Email Support — ongoing access to the lead coach throughout the engagement for both the team leader and individual members
  • Team Profile Assessment — comprehensive assessment of how the team functions, where its strengths lie, where the gaps and tensions are
  • Individual Personality Profiles — each team member completes a validated personality and behavioral profile
  • 360 Team Feedback — a structured feedback process for candid, confidential input on team dynamics
  • Individual Information Forms & Development Plans — personal discovery and a tailored development plan for each member
  • Team Coaching Development Plan — a single, shared document capturing the team’s agreed goals and success criteria
