Es geht um mangelnde Klarheit, unklare Priorit\u00e4ten, sich \u00e4ndernde Initiativen und st\u00e4ndige Ver\u00e4nderungen ohne eine stabile F\u00fchrungsstruktur, die diese Richtung gibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jeder, der Zeit im Hotelbetrieb verbracht hat, wei\u00df genau, wie das aussieht und sich anf\u00fchlt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eigenschaften managen gleichzeitig die Einf\u00fchrung neuer Technologien, Markenentwicklungen, Vertriebsverschiebungen, Herausforderungen bei der Arbeitskraft und Margendruck. Wenn die F\u00fchrungsabstimmung schwach ist, erzeugt all diese Bewegung Reibung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und Reibung in einem Hotel zeigt sich an vorhersehbaren Stellen: Inkonsistenz im Service, unmotivierte Teams und schlie\u00dflich eine schw\u00e4chere finanzielle Leistung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Organisatorische Klarheit ist kein weiches Thema. Und das Muster, das ich immer wieder sehe, ist konstant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Hotels, die \u00fcber die Zeit hinweg Spitzenleistungen erbringen, sind selten diejenigen mit den fortschrittlichsten Systemen oder der st\u00e4rksten Marke allein. Es sind diejenigen, bei denen die F\u00fchrungskompetenz der Komplexit\u00e4t des Umfelds entspricht, in dem sie t\u00e4tig sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Technologie kann kopiert werden. Geb\u00e4ude k\u00f6nnen renoviert werden.
